No Show and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets in the way and circumstances arise that don't allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to help us (and our other clients) out by letting us know at least one working day (two if cancelling an appoinment over 1 hour) prior to your appointment if you wish to cancel. If you can't catch us on the phone to talk to us we're more than happy for you to cancel via text or voicemail. Cancelling at the time of or just before an appointment will be considered a No Show.

No Show and Cancellation Deposit System

With our new system we will require a 50% deposit for any client who doesn’t show up for their appointment at least 3 times in a 3 month period or twice consecutively OR cancels an appointment only 3 hours before at least 5 times in a 3 month period or 3 times consecutively.


Sound a little complex? Don’t worry, we’ll keep track for you! We decided on this system so that we wouldn’t have to resort to making every client pay a deposit because we know that can be a little daunting!
